UP NEXT: Mastering Brisket

On Saturday, March 29th, from 10am-2:00pm, the guys from Smokin’ Lefty’s BBQ Competition Team will be at Top Grills to show off the techniques and tools they use to make melt in your mouth brisket.

You’ll learn, grill, hang out, and eat during this brisket and burnt ends class. You’ll also have meat you helped prepare to take home.

Smokin’ Lefty’s are experienced caterers, competition cooks, and class-havers, and they’re all-around great guys so this will be a good time. You’ll learn a lot, you’ll eat, and you’ll have fun.

Admission is $50/person and seats are limited to twelve to ensure everyone gets hands-on time with the cooks running the class.

Spare & Baby Back Ribs Class

Not all ribs are created equal! Smoking’ Lefties breaks down what to look for when buying, how to smoke the different types, and different flavor profiles to taste and take home.


Pork Loin & Pork Tenderloin Class

Learn the difference between Pork Loin & Pork Tenderloin. Learn why they cook differently, how to prep, prepare, season, and cook both proteins. Students will receive their own pork tenderloin. Students will also get to sample and taste product.


Steak Cooking Class

We are putting our giant indoor kitchen to use with a grilling class hosted by Chef Michael Hogan. Michael is a professional barbecuer who recently placed 4th for Bacon in the World Barbecue Championships.
