Does Top Grills price-match?
Yes, we do! We're happy to honor prices found online at official first-party manufacturer websites. So if you find a cheaper price on Green Mountain's official website, we'll match it. We will also honor items sold directly by Amazon (excludes third-party sellers), Lowe's, and The Home Depot. If you show us a competitor price from another source, we may match that as well, but this isn't guaranteed. Note about Top Grills website pricing- We try our best, but occasionally our website does not reflect the most up-to-date grill pricing. Actual prices will always match the official grill manufacturer websites. If you notice price discrepancy on a grill, it's likely a mistake and not the actual price we can sell the item for. Thank you for understanding.
Do you deliver?
Yes! If you live in Omaha or in the surrounding metro area, we offer a delivery service for any smoker or grill purchased from Top Grills. Delivery to addresses within 10 miles of our store is $50.00. Delivery to addresses within 11-20 miles is $75.00. For insurance purposes, we are only able to deliver grills to your driveway. We are unable to offer delivery for smaller items, like fuels and accessories, unless they are being delivered along with a grill.
Will you assemble my grill for me?
Sure! We will assemble any grill or smoker purchased at Top Grills for $50.00. Please notify our staff at the time of purchase if you'd like us to assemble your grill. Assembly can take up to 3 business days.
Can I "try before I buy"?
Yes... sort of. We have "demo" units for every grill brand we carry, so we can arrange for you to cook on a grill at our store. It might not be the exact model you're interested in, but it will be by the same brand in the same, or similar, line. Not many companies allow this, but we're happy to offer it free of charge. We do require you schedule a time in advance so we can prepare the grill.
Do you offer refunds?
We accept returns on all new, unused and unassembled grills in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. If you are experiencing problems with an item you purchased, we will do our best to work with you to fix any issues. Our manufacturers and reps are great at helping solve problems--whether that means a new part or a new grill. All claims must be made within 30 days of purchase.
Does my grill come with a warranty?
Yes. All smokers and grills we sell come with a standard manufacturer's warranty. The terms and conditions vary by brand.
My grill is broken. Can you fix it?
While we are not a repair center for grills, we are happy to talk with you about any issues you might be having on one of the brands we sell. We will do our best to help you determine how to fix what's going on, and we can order any parts you might need. Our team has been backyard cooking for decades, so we do have a lot of knowledge we love to share. We will also point you in the right direction regarding filing warranty claims with your grill's manufacturer.

Tuesday-Friday, 10am-6pm
Saturday, 11am-4pm
Sunday, 12pm-4pm
We also take appointments if those times don’t work for you.
Can I buy your products online?
Not yet. But hopefully soon. For now, you can place orders over the phone and we can either hold the item for you if we have it in stock, or we can order it for you. We offer local delivery for grill purchases for an added fee. All other items like spices or fuels must be picked up in-store-- we are unable to ship at this time.
How do I apply for a job at Top Grills?
If you love barbecuing, talking to people, and talking to people about barbecuing, then we might have a spot for you. The best way to see if we're hiring is to either call or swing by the shop and ask. We look forward to meeting you.
